The ultimate goal of doing a bath ritual is to put all the items (apart from the matches) in one by one, even the floating soy candle, and then you can make a wish, a request to the universe.  You can use entire contents for one bath or divide bag for up to three. As only a few drops of oil are used in each bath, there will be some leftover to use as a body oil.
