The Glass Bakery - Kingfisher Hanging Ornament

Belted Kingfishers are real homebodies. They like where they live, and are particularly vulnerable to habitat loss! If you have a home by the Ocean or River (or aspire to that waterfront property), this might be a perfect pairing.

Your hanging Kingfisher ornament is created entirely from glass, and conveniently threaded with clear monofilament for dangling in your window! The shape is designed and hand-cut, then layers of coloured crushed glass are built up on the clear shape before firing the bird is in a kiln over many hours.
